This is an ideal role for a person who likes to work flexible hours,
is interested in community development, and would enjoy working with a
diverse group of stakeholders. Some of the work can be carried out
remotely and on occasion, the person will be asked to attend a Dublin
based meeting or an event. The role will be to assist the Task Force
and coordinator when required with operational tasks and with event
management and meetings each month and to provide minimal cover for
annual leave.

REPORT TO:?SICDATF MANAGEMENT LIAISON GROUP
Hours of work: this is a sessional position.
The SICDATF office hours are Monday to Friday ?**Apply on the
website**. Tasks can be completed outside office hours where
applicable.
Rate of pay: Aligned to an HSE clerical Grade IV( the first point on
the scale).
A current Tax Clearance certificate is required.

KEY DUTIES TO SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE TASK FORCE AND THE COORDINATOR
WILL INCLUDE ON OCCASION
* Attend the SICDATF meetings and take minutes, send to members, to
assist with the follow up on actions when required.
* Assist with all the Grant Aid Agreement and Service Arrangement
documents.
* To liaise between projects and the HSE when required.
* To liaise with the SICDATF members when required.
* To review and proofread Task Force documents, reports and budget
plans.
* To liaise with stakeholders, grant applicants and tender
applicants.
* To assist with coordination of subgroup meetings and help prepare
the relevant materials.
* To assist with the coordination of events and interagency
workshops.
TO ASSIST WITH THE ?FINANCIAL GOVERNANCE ?
* To help review the quarterly financial returns for the Task Force
and ensure all the payment receipts have been received and the grant
recipients have returned their reports.
* To review and update financial procedures and other audit
requirements.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Admin skills taking minutes, typing notes, sending emails, formatting
Managing Databases; Financial monitoring.
Processing high-level information
MUST HAVE:
Minimum of 2-years previous work experience
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work on your own initiative
Prioritise tasks and deadlines
A positive approach to teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
